1. Data Collection

We collect only the data necessary to provide the service and maintain platform security:

• Upload Logs: For every upload (Guest or Member), we log your IP Address, original filename, timestamp, and cryptographic hashes (MD5 and SHA256).
• Account Data: For members, we store your username, hashed password, and your referral history (who vouched for you and who you vouch for).
• Communication: Emails sent to the team for vouches or support are retained to process your request.

2. Purpose of Processing

We use your data for:

• Security: Using IP addresses and hashes to prevent malware distribution and service abuse.
• Community Integrity: Managing the vouch-based account system.
• Legal Compliance: Meeting obligations under Romanian and EU law.

3. Data Retention

Files remain until deleted by the uploader or removed for ToS violations. We retain network logs (IPs) as required to protect the platform operators from liability under the "Mere Conduit" rules of the EU.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a user in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is only disclosed to law enforcement if required by a valid legal order from a Romanian or EU court.
