Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By uploading files to 16px.eu, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend access (including accounts and vouching privileges) at our discretion, without prior notice.

2. Service Limits

16px.eu provides two tiers of service:

• Guests: Limited to files of at most 100.0 MB. Guests may only upload: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .heic, .tiff, .raw, .webp, .mp3, .flac, .mp4, .webm, .mov, .gif .
• Members: Vouched accounts may upload any file type up to 1000.0 MB.

3. Prohibited Content & Malware

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal or harmful material. You are strictly prohibited from uploading:

• Malicious Software: Any file containing viruses, trojans, worms, or code designed to disrupt or damage systems. We log file hashes (MD5/SHA256) to identify and block threats.
• Illegal Material: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Terrorist Material, and Doxxing. These will be reported to Romanian authorities and INTERPOL.
• Restricted Content: Gore, extreme violence, and pornography.

4. The Vouch System

Accounts are a privilege based on a "web of trust." You are responsible for the conduct of those you vouch for. If a user you invited violates these terms, your account and vouching privileges may also be terminated.

5. Legal Compliance

This service is governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. We respond to valid DMCA or EU-equivalent takedown notices. The service is provided "as-is" at your own risk.
